Mini-hotel on the first line the pedestrian promenade (7 km), close to beaches, restaurants. The hotel has 24 rooms and 3 rooms on the top floor a large apartment of the owner. The apartment is divided into:

1) 3 rooms with no sea view (2 rooms with twin beds, 1 room with one double bed). Have refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, bath with shower.

2) 21 apartments (10 apartments with sea view, 11 – without sea view, city view) with terrace, with kitchen for 2 persons + 1 child (TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, bathtub with shower).

3) 3 Deluxe suites, for 5 people + 1 (two bedrooms and living room), kitchen, air conditioning, refrigerator, bath with shower).

There is no restaurant, but it is possible to arrange full Board or half Board in nearby restaurant for 15 euros and 8 euros respectively. Tivat airport is 24 km away Dubrovnik airport is 24 km and treatment centre "Igalo" 700m. All year, the 4-star Level.
