The villa was renovated in 2007, mainly using natural materials, stone and wood throughout, capturing most of the beautiful surroundings and magical light. It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. The house is very spacious. With three huge terraces on each level with uninterrupted views of the water. Right above the house, you can enjoy beautiful mountain hikes with breathtaking views and unspoiled nature.

Additional information: Near the house (about 300 m) there are two small shops for everyday needs, but we recommend the excellent food market in Budva, where you can buy many organic products from local farmers.
