In 2017, a major overhaul of the hotel was carried out, furniture, air conditioning, plumbing and communications were completely replaced. In 2018, the second phase of the modernization of the hotel was completed - the rooms on the top floor (family apartments) were reconstructed.

The hotel has 12 rooms, of which 10 are doubles, 1 is a triple (2 rooms), and 1 is a four-bed family apartment (3 rooms). On the 1st floor of the hotel there is a restaurant with a panoramic terrace. In the courtyard there is a green area, parking and a playground, billiards and table tennis.

All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV (satellite and cable channels are provided for guests), air conditioning, a safe, a minibar, an electric kettle, a card with a control system and access control. All equipment in the rooms purchased in 2017-2018. Purchased new equipment for the restaurant, the terrace and the inner courtyard of the hotel were renovated.
