At the same time, in the summer season the water is calm, which allows you to swim at any time of the day. Perhaps this is the distinctive feature of Becici: you will not find such a convenient and beautiful beach at any city or village. Definite advantages of the village are its location and the entire necessary infrastructure. You can quickly get to any city on the coast and to the central part of the country by car. The downside is the lack of bypass roads, which contributes to traffic jams in the summer.

The village of Becici has always been and remains popular with foreign tenants and buyers of real estate. Both Europeans and citizens of the former Soviet Union love Becici. Foreigners love new buildings and above all consider them looking at real estate in all parts of the village. If you consider real estate for recreation, then the area of ​​​​the village is not important, because you can use taxi services or rent a car. If you look the real estate for rent - the closer to the water is the better. The cost per square meter has increased recently and will continue to grow, albeit slowly.
