Apartments are now available for sale in a luxury building under construction in the resort village of Djenovici, close to the coast and the popular Portonovi complex with its marina, restaurants, and boutiques.
The four-story building (with an elevator) comprises twelve one- and two-bedroom apartments, eight of which have direct sea views. Ground-floor apartments have terraces, which are not included in the project and are part of the courtyard and can be purchased for an additional fee.

The apartments are built to the highest standards of modern construction. A free, complete furniture design project with drawings for each apartment is included in the purchase price. Turnkey furnishing is available for an additional fee. The parking lot is located on the ground floor and features remote-controlled ramps. It includes twelve parking spaces, one of which is designated for people with disabilities.
Finishing and finishing work is currently underway, with construction scheduled for completion no later than the end of 2026.
A 50% payment deferment is available for the apartment. In this case, the cost of a parking space will be €20,600.
