A magnificent, old villa, in a traditional Mediteran style, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Morinj, next to the Church of St. Sava. The villa has been completely reconstructed, including all communications, the reconstruction was carried out on the basis of an approved reconstruction project and a reconstruction permit. All taxes and communications have been paid.
The villa is finished in an old rustic style with natural stone, wood and aged ceramics. Finishing materials and furniture were brought from Italy. Ornamental plants, flower beds, a fruitful garden are planted in the garden, a small vegetable garden with a greenhouse is equipped. All terraces and fences are faced with stone, terracotta, and decorated with forging.
The house has three types of heating: air, infrared (floor), stove (firewood). All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, under the terrace there is a reserve tank for water, a city water supply is connected, a sewerage system - two septic tanks, a landline telephone, Internet, satellite TV, a video surveillance system.
Historically, the two lower floors of the building are vertically divided into two halves, each with the same arrangement of premises:

2nd floor - two bedrooms, one with its own bathroom
On the third floor there are two separate apartments, each with a living room (with a kitchen area) and two bedrooms.
Separately built summer terrace with an area of 54 sq.m. with an equipped kitchen, barbecue area and showers.
