Stylish villa in the picturesque village of Morinj

A magnificent, old villa, in a traditional Mediteran style, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Morinj, next to the Church of St. Sava. The villa has been completely reconstructed, including all communications, the reconstruction was carried out on the basis of an approved reconstruction project and a reconstruction permit. All taxes and communications have been paid.

The villa is finished in an old rustic style with natural stone, wood and aged ceramics. Finishing materials and furniture were brought from Italy.
