If you are looking for a place for a more calm and measured life - choose the cities of the Bay of Kotor - Tivat, Kotor and Herceg Novi. It has all the infrastructure necessary for life, but it is stretched along the coastline, there is no crowding of houses. To live in these regions, it is desirable to have a car, because not everywhere can be reached on foot or by public transport. Some catering establishments, infrastructure facilities and shops are closed for the winter period, so finding a job is harder. With the beginning of spring and the tourist season, the need for workers increases.
The main development is private houses, small-apartment new buildings and housing stock of the Yugoslav times, which somewhat limits the number of properties for purchase or rent, but it is thanks to such development that you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea or mountains from almost every window.
